Comparison between Malaysian and Singaporean consumers

Our discussion today is about the comparison Malaysian and Singaporean consumers. Come to think of it Malaysian's actually aren't that eco-friendly than Singaporeans when it comes to bringing their own groceries to supermarket or hypermarket. On the other hand Singaporeans are actually concerned with the environment, they brings their own bags to the store.

Singaporeans don't mind about money when it comes quality items unlike Malaysians who are really focused on price and not quality. CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP!!That's their style!

In Singapore there are really many outlets which we don't have here in Malaysia. For example: Adult shops, Gregory(bag shops), and Old Chunky. Where as, in Malaysia they hardly have this kinds of shops. From my knowledge there is an adult shop in J.B, it's at the bottom floor of holiday plaza. Malaysians do not open this kinds of outlet because we are still in a traditional age.

I have to give credit to Malaysians because when it comes to shopping they are generally more relaxed other than Singaporeans. Singaporeans prefer air-conditioned shopping complex, shops, and office.

Lastly, branded goods. In Malaysia, we rarely go for original branded goods because we have pirated ones here(WINK!). People here don't really pay attention or I can just say they don't care what you wear and who you are. But in Singapore they compete against each other to see who has the most branded and most expensive group. That's just amazing!
